These terms apply to the Troupe House website (troupehouse.com and its subdomains) and to the digital products and memberships we sell. By buying a product or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Troupe House is a creative studio that publishes digital guides, workbooks, planners, templates, audio and memberships, presented by original characters created by the studio. Contact: hello@troupehouse.com.

2. Our characters

Our characters are original, AI-generated personas. Their names, stories and situations are fictional. Content is created by the Troupe House studio. Where a platform supports it, our posts carry that platform's AI-generated content label.

3. Purchases and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide customer service inquiries and handle returns. Prices are shown at checkout and may include sales tax or VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment through a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Memberships deliver new digital content by email each billing period.

5. Licence

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, view, print and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute our products, in whole or in part, without written permission.

6. Memberships

Memberships renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt or membership emails, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Not professional advice

Our products and posts are general information and education. They are not medical, financial, investment, legal or psychological advice, and they do not create a professional relationship. Always seek advice from a qualified professional about your own situation. Results from using our products are not guaranteed.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit access for anyone who breaches these terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in our products, including our characters, text, images, audio and designs, belongs to Troupe House and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Troupe House is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
