What we collect

Purchases: your name, email address and order details, provided through checkout. Payment card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and never reach us.
Email sign-ups: your email address and consent record when you request a free guide or join a list.
Messages: what you send us by email, or as comments and direct messages to our characters on social media.
Basic site data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run and secure the site, and aggregate visit counts.

How we use it

To deliver your purchases and memberships and provide support (contract).
To send emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email (consent).
To keep the site secure and understand what is useful (legitimate interests).
To meet legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your personal data.

Who processes it for us

Lemon Squeezy: checkout, payments, tax and receipts (Merchant of Record).
Resend: sending emails.
Vercel: website hosting.
Supabase: database hosting.
Zernio: managing our social media posts, comments and messages.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Some are located outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting (typically up to 7 years). Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for safety.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@troupehouse.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our products and content are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. Checkout pages run by Lemon Squeezy have their own cookie notice.
