Refund Policy

Digital products

If a guide, workbook, planner, template or audio edition isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time, and it stops renewing at the end of the current period. If you were charged for a new period and email us within 14 days of that charge, we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@troupehouse.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it's on your receipt). Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
